February 24-26, 2020
Boca Raton Beach Club
RLBenson & Associates hosts an exclusive gathering of executive search firm leaders February 24-26, 2020, at the Boca Raton Resort & Club, a Waldorf Astoria Resort.
The program will offer a unique opportunity to explore ways to create greater value for your firm – with the side benefit of escaping the winter doldrums in the relaxed atmosphere of one of Florida’s premier resort locations.
We are pleased to have Russ Reynolds join us to set the stage for our program with some introductory comments and insights gained over his distinguished career. His wisdom as a respected innovator and leader of our industry will provide many insights into how he created value for his firms. In addition to Russ, the program brings together a number of recognized experts in executive search management, finance, legal, brand management and other disciplines critical to enhancing and monetizing firm value. The discussions will challenge your thinking on bringing greater insight to your clients while exploring ways to grow and monetize your firm’s value.
A full day of expert presentations is balanced against an atmosphere of open dialogue and candor among all attendees. A key feature of the program is private meetings with any one, or all, of the program presenters. These will be scheduled, private discussions which will allow you to address issues appropriate to your own firm. Those appointments will be available around the formal presentations and anytime on the second day.
The opening evening on February 24th will offer a casual cocktail hour and buffet dinner allowing everyone to get acquainted while enjoying the warmth of the South Florida weather. All meals will be provided during the program, including a pool-side cocktail hour and buffet dinner on the second evening.
As part of the event’s special offering, you can enjoy a three-day early arrival or extended stay at the resort – with that special someone or your family and enjoy a late-winter get-away at a special discounted rate.
