  • Refund/cancellation policy – If you cancel your participation in one of our events within 30-days of the scheduled event, you will be refunded 90% of your program fee.  Should you decide to cancel within 15 days of the scheduled event, you will be refunded 50% of your program fee.  If you cancel with 14 days or less until the scheduled event, you will not receive any refund of your program fee.


  • Fulfillment policy – RLBenson and Associates will provide you with a link to the webinar event for the date of the event that you selected at the time of your registration.  We will also send you a reminder for the event 24 hours before the start of the program which will include a link to the webinar for the day and time you selected to attend.  It most cases we will utilize the software services of Zoom for the webinars.  We encourage you to sign on to the event at least 10 minutes before the scheduled starting time.


  • Privacy policy – The only information which we will collect about you is the basic registration information which you provided at the time you signed up for the event.  That information is your name, title, firm name, location, e-mail address, and telephone number.  Any further information which you may have provided to our credit card facility is covered by the Privacy policy of that provider.


The information provided at the time you signed up will be used to identify you and to communicate with you leading up to and after the webinar event.  If you wish not hear from us post the event, we ask you to notify us and we will remove you from our mailing list.


  • Business entity - Our legal business name is Robert L Benson & Associates, Inc.  We are a Connecticut Sub-Chapter C corporation located in Wilton, Connecticut USA.  We do business as RLBenson & Associates.
