Meet the Presenters
Bob has over 30 years of domestic and international leadership experience in the executive search industry. Currently he is Chair of RLBenson & Associates and Founder of Canaan Ridge.
During his nearly 20-year tenure at Spencer Stuart, Bob progressed through a series of increasingly responsible management roles, including Managing Director of the New York office, the Northeast and Eastern Regions. He moved to Europe as Executive Vice President International to lead a number of multinational marketing initiatives, while also functioning as Co-Leader of the Global Industrial Practice
Scott has spent most of his career in law enforcement and pre-hospital medicine during which time he became a certified Law Enforcement Instructor with the Connecticut Police Academy. Additionally, he has lectured on many topics in pre-hospital medicine as well as law enforcement.
During his tenure in law enforcement, he taught on topics ranging from law enforcement investigations, crime scene forensics, and constitutional law. He has testified before State and U.S. courts on his expertise in these fields and in digital forensics.
Scott professional development activities has expanded to a wide range of business topics while working as an adjunct instructor over the last 8 years with RLBenson & Associates. He has been instrumental in developing, enhancing, and delivering materials related to Executive Search.
